Eurochocolate 2019

Eurochocolate, a festival entirely dedicated to chocolate, is the sweetest event in Perugia in October.
Thousands of visitors come from Italy and abroad and stop in the Umbrian capital which, in those nine days, will be full of stands and events focused on cocoa processing. When does Eurochocolate take place?
Eurochocolate takes place in Perugia from 18 to 27 October 2019: 9 days of guaranteed greediness! The stands open every day from 10 am to 8 pm.
Does Eurochocolate have an entry fee?
NO! Entry to Eurochocolate is completely free: indeed the event takes place in the main street of the old town of Perugia. However, there is the possibility of purchasing a Chococard, which enables you to have discounts, gadgets and gifts: read to discover all the advantages of this card!

The Chococard is a card that can be purchased during the event, and that gives the opportunity to take advantage of discounts, concessions, gifts and free tastings.

Is Eurochocolate suitable for children?

Eurochocolate is the kingdom of children!
A Willy Wonka factory outdoors, where you can taste excellent chocolate, buy it, admire the chocolate sculptures and listen to fun music in a setting of a fairy tale.
Furthermore, a series of workshops for children await you during the nine days of the event.
How to reach Perugia during Eurochocolate?
Perugia is a city easily accessible by public transport, not only by car!
Eurochocolate by car
Reaching Perugia by car is very simple.
However, we suggest you not to reach the centre by car (many roads are closed to traffic during the event, especially on weekends) but to park your car in one of the prepared collection points and reach Eurochocolate with the comfortable shuttles. No stoppage stress and guaranteed fun!
Eurochocolate by train
Regardless where you arrive, your stop will be “Perugia Fontivegge”: from there it will be enough to take the Minimetrò or one of the Choco-Line to get to the old town.
Eurochocolate by Flixbus
Flixbus will leave you at Piazzale Umbria Jazz: from there it will be sufficient to take the Minimetrò or one of the Choco-Line to get to the old town.
