Discover the RestAurAnt Giò
Hotel Giò Wine & Jazz Area's restaurant is deeply rooted in the culinary tradition of Perugia, but at the same time open to pleasant fusions of flavors.
The Classics menu includes typical local dishes that have been on the menu for over 30 years, since the day of the restaurant's opening, along with signature creations that became all-time favorites over the years (just think of the legendary egg in old-fashioned carbonara sauce); the weekly menu, on the other hand, follows the pace of the season and the imagination of our chefs, who are always ready to add a touch of innovation into the tradition.
Just like the menu, the wine list is another important part of the dining experience at our restaurant in Perugia: at the Giò Arte e Vini Restaurant you'll find the most prestigious Italian and international wines, both by the glass and by the bottle.
Take a seat: our restaurant in Perugia can accomodate up to 200 people, although it can also be divided into smaller rooms for more intimate and quiet lunches and dinners.
In 2017, the Michelin Guide awarded the “Il Piatto” prize to the Restaurant Giò Arte e Vini, a significant recognition of the restaurant's excellent and refined ingredients and culinary delights.
